I use a elbow brace while bowling and thought this might help instead of the brace. I do like it as far as keeping my elbow feeling good. I did have to put my brace on towards the end of the 2nd game. I do like it but didn't replace my brace

Sounds like you have quite the situation with your elbow. I would suggest seeing an orthopedist to see what's wrong there.

Compression garments are supposed to help with blood flow and recovery, and while I love DV8 products I would go with a no name brand on this only because they will do the same thing.
