The numbers correspond to the size of the grips.
For instance, mine are 41 for my middle finger and 11 for my ring finger.
That translates to 41/64 and 11/16 size.
I want to try changing the grips in one of my older balls that I don't use much. How do you determine the size of the grip. The ones in the ball have a number on them but how does this translate to what I am finding on the bowling accessory sites? Any thoughts on this?

This helps a lot, but if I could actually read I would not have had to ask the question in the first place. I thought on of the numbers was a 28 and I could not find a relationship for it, turns out it was a 23 - which makes great sense. One is 23 one is 21. But then I figured out the ball was drilled for my left hand not my right. Right hand ball is 23 and 11. Now I gotta make a decision.
Thanks so much for the info.
