Got to see some new balls in action

I got to observe some new stuff you guys may not have gotten a look at yet.

PWBA bowler had:

Mastermind Braniac- Little cleaner through the midlane than the Mastermind seemed to have a good roll to it.

Melee Hook- Only seen her throw a couple of shots with this one. Can't say I liked the look and apparently she didn't either may have just not fit the conditions.

Radical Staffer:

Radical Ridiculous- Watch out for this ball it had a different motion than anything else in his bag. Ball was long and angular but with a smooth motion if that makes sense. He rolled a 300 game against us with it. This guy was a high speed pretty high rev guy he was throwing the supreme guru before this and this ball had much more backend movement to it.

I love when I am able to catch someone throwing some brand new balls. The s in my league usually keep their balls for awhile and in the two seasons and the start of this season, only a handful used a new ball.

Last night got a look at a new ball from Storm IQ Tour 30, similar to the old Gold IQ tour pearl but with a couple of changes and now in a black pearl finish.
According to the guy using it (Pro shop mgr) it reads a little earlier than the original and hits a little harder on the back end.
Hard to argue with the look of the ball and he did use it all night on the next set of lanes and shot a 780. He said he ordered 12 for the first order and they are all sold in a week.
Maybe it's time for me to get another pearl ball ?
