So iv'e been bowling kind of crappy the past 3 weeks and i was in dire need of practice. I feel as if i made a good change to my game by slowing my feet down and also slowing my ball speed a little. here are a few shots from my practice session. If you see anything you think should be corrected let me know please.
In my bag: Roto Grip Haywire, Ebonite Cyclone Gamebreaker, Brunswick danger zone vintage, Brunswick C-system Maxxed out and Columbia WD. High Game 300 (x3) high series 790...still searching for the 800.

Looks pretty good I think. Not a coach by any means, but one thing I might suggest is to not try ripping the cover off the ball. Noticed you doing that the first several shots and then you slowed yourself down a bit. Keep at it. With slumps you just have to power through it. Get back to basics like you are doing and it will end soon enough. Good luck.
