    The new Storm intrigues me.

With its high RG/large core/symmetrical properties......what is the advantage of going that route, or going with an asymmetric with a high RG? Or is it the same?

I'm looking for a ball that goes long, with a very angular motion.

The fight is more balanced in it's OOB finish it's not skid flip and it's not a huge hooking ball. It's really more of an bench mark ball. You could take it down to 1000 grit and polish it I'm sure that would add more backend especially with the right drilling. If your looking for something to really move on the back though you would be better off picking something with a little lower differential.

    Makes sense--thanks Amyers.

I'm looking for something to go long and make a U-turn for certain oil patterns. I have the Saw Blade polished and drilled pin down and while it certainly has more snap than my other equipment.....it's not as much as I've seen from some other balls under the right configuration (particularly the Storm Crux series and Hammer Black Widow series).

    On the more asymmetric side:

    RG Hyper Cell Skid
    Storm Crux Pearl
Brunswick Ultimate Nirvana (like this one)

    On the slightly asymmetrical side:
    Hammer Black Widow Red Legend
    Brunswick Mastermind Braniac
    RG Eternal Cell

On the Symmetrical side its harder:
    Storm Hyroad Pearl
    Hammer Arson High Flare Pearl
I have a buddy throwing a polished Radical Ridiculous that's pretty awesome.

Just depends on where you want to play If you want to move in and wheel go with the first group, if you want to play more tweener the second group, if you want to stay in the track the last group.
