168 the first game. This sucks. Three splits
181 game two with two splits. Geez
Clean game third game for a whopping 201. Converted one split. Haven't shot one game at or above average for 9 straight games now.
I really need to get out and practice. It's really just a timing issue. It's really early but I need video to see what is off.
Looking at your scores looks like looking at mine the last few weeks. I'm not sure what's off with me the spare shooting has been good but I just cant strike and a couple of splits equals bad game. 178-165-187 last night maybe 6 strikes for the series. Then bowled a game after with my daughter and shot 237 same ball and same line.

Amyers that's usually how it works when not in league play I tend to bowl 40 to 50 pins over average but let it be during league and it all falls apart!

For me, when I'm slumping I get way too analytical and I'm thinking about everything trying to figure out what's wrong and I think it just makes things worse. My swing gets tight and I lose my accuracy. So my suggestion would be relax, you know how to bowl just clear your mind and let your muscle memory kick in.
Also, it could be your equipment needs some refreshing. I remember one time I thought I was in a prolonged slump but it was actually my ball had died. I baked the ball and got about 2 teaspoons of oil out and like magic my ball reaction was back.
