Default Guess who found his follow through?

Practiced this morning on nothing more than my follow through. Had games of 244, 235, 252, 300, 258, 267. Went with the new four step approach with the hinge push-away. Kept my armswing around shoulder high and made sure to wait on the downswing to start on its own, then I hit the ball hard and followed through as best I could. Sometimes I hit the top of my head with my follow through.
Wouldn't you know? Suddenly the ball went down and hooked hard in the same areas and hit the pocket and carried the corners and everything. The 300 was 12 buried shots. I had the front 7 more than once. A good day on the lanes. Now tonite I get to pick up a new rock my PSO drilled up Friday.

I wanted to shoot some video but the countertop I use to hold my IPhone was missing. Guess someone took their frustrations out on it and busted it in half. Other table is too far back.

Always good to get a good practice in. Have shot some of my best after a good practice.

If you're going to hit the countertop with the intent of busting it in half, remember to follow thru.

I picked up my newly drilled, already a year old DV8 Marauder Mutiny tonight. Think I'll keep it until league Thursday. It's so shiny and new. I don't want to scuff it for a while.

I've tried the new long and low follow through. I have a tendency to not follow through then so I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one that hits themselves in the head
