    Default Motiv Jackal Bowling ball exchange program.

    For those who own a Jackal or Jackal Carnage There is a May 15th Deadline to register your ball for the ball exchange program. You can opt to wait for a limited release Jackal scheduled for some time this fall or you can choose pretty much any ball from their current line. I choose a Revolt Vengeance and it took them about 5 business days to verify my serial number and I received this email which is pasted below in red.





    Your bowling ball serial number has been verified! Above you will see your Ball Exchange Ticket Number. Please refer to this number if you need to contact us with specific questions related to your submission.

    Since you have elected to exchange your Jackal or Jackal Carnage bowling ball for a current release, your bowling ball will be shipped to the pro shop you specified per the schedule below. When your bowling ball is shipped, you will receive another email message to let you know your new ball is on the way. Delivery can take 1-5 days, depending on your location.

    In the meantime, please hold onto your Jackal and/or Jackal Carnage bowling ball. Do not destroy, discard, or damage the ball in any way. You will need it later to claim your new bowling ball.

    We will be offering your local pro shop a special program to help offset the costs they incur for drilling bowling balls. Since each pro shop’s drilling fees vary, please check with your local pro shop to find out what they will be charging you, if anything, to drill your new bowling ball under this exchange program.

    Scheduled Shipping Dates for the Exchange Program
    •April 15
    •April 29
    •After the May 15 program conclusion.

    i registered my ball on the 30th and since then i haven't received any emails or notifications of any sort. its not very encouraging.

    Hmm...did you send them a picture of your ball with the serial number?

    yep it even said that it was eligible for the exchange. and that i would receive an email with the information on when the ball would be sent to the pro shop.

    Yeah I don't know then, I would contact Motiv support and ask them what the hold up is.

    Ive seen others mention the same thing, a lot of thing said to check your spam folder they found it in there and some just took a while till it came.

    Right handed Stroker, high track ,about 13 degree axis tilt. PAP is located 5 9/16” over 1 3/4” up.Speed ave. about 14 mph at the pins. Medium rev’s.High Game 300, High series 798
