Default Almost a 300, and perspective

As you know, I bowled terribly at states.

    Tonight, I went 244, 231, 284.

I threw the front 10, got away with 2-3, and yanked the ball on the 11th for a terribly ugly split. I was pissed.

Came home pissed, and found out one of my wife's coworkers, who I also work with, passed away at age 40.....just two weeks after being diagnosed with esophageal cancer which destroyed his liver. He was healthy--it's unbelievable.

Life has a way of hitting you in the face and putting everything into perspective. Make sure you tell your loved ones that you love them, make amends with lost friends, and live life to the fullest.

Congrats on bowling better but I hear you on making amends. Life throws us wrenches, and sure teaches us what is most imlortant.

It's a sad fact of life that it usually always takes something like this happening to put things into perspective for most of us.
