Default Senior's coming back and others......get a coach!

I was leery about someone telling me what to do since I used to average 190+ and I thought I knew my game, well I did know my game 25 years ago. This game has changed. I worked with a coach today (tampabaybob) and within a game and a half he had me throwing a totally different release and the ball reacted well to it. I also bought a Track Heat and we will be working with it tomorrow.

I'm looking for a 2handed coach in the sf bay area lol. I tend to coach others REALLY well but can't seem to put it together for myself.

There is definitely a different skill set involved in coaching than there is in bowling. Did anyone ever see John Jowdy bowl?

Just had my second lesson with Bill Spigner on Saturday. Very helpful and actually a lot of fun!
