    Just remember, you can't fix everything at once. A good coach can pick out two or three major faults to work on. If you haven't found one yet, you will have to pick out a couple things to focus on first, and then keep working your way down the list.

    Timing proper, release soft hand, ball motion will come naturally over time. overthinking of all aspects will result in disater...

    I know one of my biggest problems is too much shoulder into it and over muscling the shot. Just letting the arm swing seems so simple but so freaking hard to do!!!
