Default TNBA Sunshine Challenge Tournament. Anyone going?

Anyone going to the TNBA FL Challenge tournament next weekend in Orlando? While bowling tonight I was asked if I could take someones spot who is injured. Never bowled it before, but hear there is some decent money opportunity. There's also a $20,000 scratch tournament that weekend like 4 miles away so MAY try shooting that too if I end up going.

So over all I wasn't totally pleased with my shooting, but it wasn't horrible either. The shot didn't hold up well at all and then to add, they had some squads on "burn". This center is a split house (48 lanes facing one way and the remaining 32 facing the other way) and the small side is where they do their open play. The approaches were HORRIBLE. They didn't clean them prior to the morning sweeper and they were stupid tacky to the point of just walking on them would makes sounds as walking on a floor with Coke spilled on it.

    Scratch sweeper Friday 10am
Don't remember the actual games but was 813 for 4 games.

    Team Event 5:30 (Burn)
    258-225-185
    668 set

    Battle of Sexes 10pm (fresh)
    246-232-202
    680 set

Did rather well in brackets for the last two squads which easily paid for my weekend and more.

So with the scores you posted you weren't in the money?

Negative. The scratch sweeper I was 32nd. As for the others the 668 was a team event and we had one 208 ave that shot like 470 something. We had a 698, 580ish and another low 600.

The 680 was also a team event and the team missed cashing by around 65 pins.
