Elected to the Southern Nevada USBC Board of Directors
On Sunday July 31, 2016 I was elected to a 3 year term to the Board of Directors of the Southern Nevada USBC.
While I have only been in Southern Nevada for just over a year now, I consider this a great honor to be elected into this position, and it is something I certainly will not take lightly.
As I have said in many forums here and other sites, we as bowlers should be as involved with our local associations as much we can be.
While it is certainly a good thing to talk about issues we may have concerning our leagues and USBC representatives, we should find a way to communicate these issues to to our local USBC by speaking with board members and attending meetings. Issues can't be resolved unless they know about it. It is always better to try and be part of a solution
