Default I have a grudge and I like it

Been able to throw my Grudge Hybrid a little more and boy do I like it. Yesterday, I shot 6 games all but 1 over 200 including the last two games being a 267 and 248. Today shot 6 games and all over 200 except last where I was tired and ball was burning up. Never thought I would like DV8 but I do now.

Brunswick/DV8 have some excellent equipment out there, and the Grudge Hybrid is no exception.

I saw the Hybrid at Bowl Expo 2016 here in Vegas, and I like it much better than the original.

If the Grudge Hybrid is anything like the DV8 balls I've used, after 12 games you might want to heat it up and drain the oil out!

If you're wiping them down after each shot and cleaning them with a good cleaner every week or every other week, that isn't necessary.

My Thug Unruly has been de-oiled twice. The first time I did it it was horribly saturated, but that one was on me. I didn't clean it properly and paid the price for that. The second time was 4 months later and was a waste of money because I did my own maintenance on it and hardly had much oil in it.

My Vandal & Ruckus Schizo are pearls and I have had no issue with oil in either ball.

I bowl 3-4 times every week, and depending on the conditions I bowl on, I clean mine every 2 weeks. This includes my Ultimate Nirvana and Vintage Danger Zone.

My main ball is a Rude Dude, and even wiping between frames and cleaning at the end of the night, after about nine games I get oil out of it. Though the wiping has been with a microfiber. I recently got a leather shammy, that may get more oil off the ball between shots.

I have a Track Heat for about 30-40 games, I wipe it down once in a while. It seems never to have any oil on it or a track yet. Is that strange?

I use a leather whammy between frames and clean the ball after each session. Been over 12 games and still moving well.

At one time I was using microfiber towels between shots, but I switched to a leather shammy and it has made quite a difference and definitely prefer it to a microfiber towel.

The only time I use a microfiber towel now, is, when I use one of my cleaners. Especially when I use That Purple Stuff.
