Not during bowling. I was eating a sliced turkey sandwich, too fast, and it felt like it was stuck deep down in my throat. I hacked it up and apparently that was when I tore it. Over the course of about 2 weeks, I lost 3 pints of blood, unknown to me. Fell down, wife took me to ER, upon arrival, very pale, BP 100/70, heart racing and feeling very hot and sweating.
Today, I am recovering nicely and feel like normal.
