Frustrating, but decent night. 222c/267/179 for 668. First game clean, but not a ton of carry. Second game was a ring 7 away from perfect, and then I missed the damn 7. Third game was a dumpster fire. 3 opens in the first 4 frames. Just couldn't throw well, which I could chalk up to a sh**load of cold meds in my system, and just running out of gas. Finally got to where I wanted though. Average now at 210. Averaging 230 for the past three weeks.

I seem to be getting back to the "one crap game per night" thing. 187/254/215 = 656. No clean games tonight. On top of that, lost two of three to a 180 average bowler who seems to vastly up her game every time I bowl her. She got me the second game 278-254. I did nick her in series by 2 pins, though. On the up side, my brother bowled his best series ever with a 664.

Yes, that was sarcasm. Seriously, this is two weeks in a row on a 9-bagger. 1st game, could not get a reaction out of the ball. Was in the pocket, but just no drive with the amount of oil. Happy we're in the middle of a Wisconsin heat wave, because that didn't last long. Started killing it in the middle of the 2nd, and just kept on it. Staying at 212.
I have to say, I've probably never had more fun bowling. Good team, decent house, and I've been on a 6 or 7 week tear. Doesn't get better than this, but dammit, I want that ring!
