218c/207c/224 = 649. Not a single hit that was not in the pocket, but we are at Lucky Lanes here, so there are penalties for solid play. Another 6 10-pins left, the last one in the 5th of game 3 was the one blemish on the night. This is 2 weeks in a row with 29 clean, which to me is irritating. Did go wall-to-wall with one ball last night, the AI. It would appear a pattern is forming. The AI works wonders on lanes 9-12, but the Venom is better on 13-16. As long as I know where to go, think we may have this new program on track. Average up 1 to 208.

Going to sub this afternoon for a buddy at a house that's know for being greasy. However, we'll be on the burn, so i think my Lucky Lanes setup will work.

Banger night, with one blip.

217c/252/279c = 748. There was never a struggle tonight. Literally the only bad shot was 3rd frame of game two. Tugged it, and left a 4-6-7. Only 3 10-pins tonight, which is not the norm for our house. These are the night I want every week, and I think I'll see a few more with how this equipment is performing. Still aggravated, as this is now 3 weeks in a row with 29 clean. Gotta be that one frame.... Average up to 212.

Little late posting Monday's scores. Took a while to get over the embarrassment....

180/193/193 = 566. Ah, the legendary 15/16 at Lucky Lanes. Pretty much in the pocket all night, with little to show for it. I don't think I've ever seen that many single pin leaves in my life. Six 10-pins (missed one), a 4-9, and a 4-6-7 were the only 3 opens. The telling tale was the fact that I only had 9 strikes the entire night, with only 2 doubles. If I was the only one who had issues, I'd say it was ball selection, but all 5 other guys had the same problems. It sucks to go from a killer week to this, but just need to move on from it. This place will do this to you. Average drops back to 210.

Better results Monday, and another 29 clean....

215c/192/245c = 652. Moved over west of the dividing line at Lucky, which means the AI came out. Good call. First game was steady, nothing spectacular. Game 2 was a fight to get strikes, as the shot faded the opposite of what it usually does. The only miss of the night was chopping 2 off the 2-4-5. Last game the shot came back, and fell right into my wheelhouse. Nothing really felt all that different from last week to this but the results, and I'll take it. Average back to 211. This is at least the 4th night this season with 29 clean. Also made 6 of 6 on 10-pins.

What a difference 2 weeks makes, on the legendary 15/16 at Lucky.

219/245c/199c = 663. Right off the first throw, I knew the Venom was going to be it for the night. Two screwups in the first game (dropped one, left the 6-10. Then dropped the spare ball and missed. Also left a 4-6-7 later) were the only opens. Stayed in my head all night, and considering most of my head was occupied by snot from the latest disease running around work, that was a feat. Game 3 was a struggle. Started with 2, and then did not see another strike until the 9th frame. Most of my 6 10-pins came in that run. Bonus was taking most of the points from a team that regularly dominates us. Showing good progress with the new arsenal, and knowing what it wants. This was definitely not a "down and in" night, I saw it, and adjusted. Short of the 2 opens, can't ask for much more. Average stays 211.
