Default Me bowling a year ago vs today

Still a work in progress. Never had coaching and definitely believe it would have sped up my progress. But from a year ago vs today I think my form is a little bit better

The camera angle today is lousy but the form looks better.

A year ago you were opening the shoulder during your backswing. As you were bringing the ball forward you'd close the shoulder but circle the ball on release giving you a semi spinner release. Today you keep the shoulder in pretty good shape during the backswing and roll the ball a lot better. Your armswing now is much more repeatable

Agreed, but only had a mini tripod and put it on the seats off to the side

Agreed. Also really opened up my hand too much on backswing forcing me to over rotate the hand instead of keeping it behind the ball. Honestly didn't feel like I was doing it until I filmed myself and confirmed it.

all I think I see is you went from playing outside to inside which I just did after 5 months. After reading the other comments I do see what they are saying
