1. Stay down on 90% of my shots by end of calendar year
2. 85% on single pin spares by end of calendar year
3. Slow down in practice sessions making sure each shot has my absolute focus including pre-shot routine
4. Practice 3 times a week during the season
5. Don't let excuses get in the way of my workouts
6. Only diet cheat days are Thanksgiving and Christmas no matter how much crap food the wife buys
Competiton goals are nice but what are you doing to make them a reality? How many variables are beyond your control that you are counting on the reach these goals? Logically and unbiasedly looking at your game and setting personal performance goals and attaining them is what allows the competition goals to become reality. These include what you need to do off the lanes.
