    What kind of reaction can we see with this ball? does it travel further down lane and have more back end action?

    That really depends on how you're compensated for being limited.

    Are you given access to more balls to experiment with at a reduced cost or no cost?

    Do you have input as to what is missing in the current list of balls under that brand, such that with a little patience, you'll get what you need?

    Under the right conditions, being limited to one brand might not be much of an impediment.
