The swing to have for playing inside video....
This video shows dropping the ball inside on the forward swing to play inside and make the ball go right while walking straight. The time spot for this is 10:56. The rest of the video is good also for other things.

Hammer.....notice where his thumb is, in relation to the top of the ball. His thumb should just about be out of the hole at this point. Also the release is happening right at his shoe laces.
