Review:
With the new Chronic Paranoia being MOTIVs new benchmark ball, I thought it was fitting to test with the former benchmark ball, the Forza Redline which I have a similar layout on. Immediately, I found my Chronic Paranoia to be extremely controllable from a variety of angles. Unlike the Forza Redline, the solid coverstock has given me a little more versatility with both ball reaction and the coverstock itself. The Chronic Paranoia is more smoother through the breakpoint than the original Paranoia, but still has great continuation through the pins. I did find my Chronic Paranoia to be slightly earlier than the Forza Redline and a little more backend shape as well.

Summary:
The Chronic Paranoia does it all continuous, controllable, versatile. The term benchmark for me translates to this ball should go everywhere with you. The Chronic Paranoia has a well deserved spot in my bag. It is apart of the perfect 1-2 punch with every ball around it in the current lineup. With the Oblivion Core creating an angular reaction as seen in the original Paranoia, the solid coverstock helps slow down the reaction and does not sacrifice any hitting power.
