    Default Help with eruption pro

I am a medium speed, low Rev player and i am not getting any hook what's so ever with my C300 eruption pro with pin down. The house I bowl at is avg with the sides very dry. My game breaker 2 does great on a fresh lane and my disorder does great from beginning to end. I move deep the eruption goes straight as an arrow. I move right and barely anything. The ball is oob coverstock wise. What can I do to give it the snap at the end as I anticipated it to have?

The Eruption Pro isn't a new ball so I would ask if you always had problems hooking it? Ball maintenance is really important to keep the ball reacting that way you want. I'm not talking about just cleaning it but having it re-surfaced and de-oiled because a ball reaction will die after a certain number of games.

I bought this ball used from a friends and it has been used very little. After talking with my pso he advised me it had an aftermarket polish and he took the polish off and it did great but if I get lazy and slow my speed down the ball burns up to quick. I guess I might try to take it to oob, I think its 500/500/500abralon/1500 abranet polished. The ball is tracking well and has a high enough flare for the flare to minimally roll over the side of the thumb hole. Maybe this ball is for more of a high rev bowler?

Who named that ball? Sounds like and adult movie actor. What next the long stroke?
