Kegel Training Center

I'm going to be in the Orlando Area in next month and was thinking about taking a lesson at the Kegel Training Center. I was wondering if anyone ever took a lesson there and if I should do a half day or full day lesson? Full day is $550 and half day is $330.

It's a cool place and worth the money. Haven't been since the remodel though which as completed recently.

It really boils down to how long you want to be there. You'll still learn a good bit from the half day if you go that route.
