Eileen's Bowling Buddy Skills Training Series Lesson 3 - Repeatable Lay Down
Published on Jul 16, 2016
In this lesson we are covering the importance of having a repeatable lay down point and the effect it has down the lane, along with action and reaction through the swing. Then we'll show you drills using the Alignment Trainer that you can do at the lanes. Apology: when we get to the lanes in this video we had a microphone issue, so the sound isn't great, but we think you will be able to still get the message. We'll get it right next time!! Thanks for watching!

Thanks for posting these. We have a number of these tools available for our youth league kids to practice with, but seldom use anything other than the power orb and the swing trainer. Now that I know what the others are for maybe they will get some use.
