i have gone 599,599,599 and 599 that damn 10 pin...

Last season I shot two triples with these scores..

147 147 147 then a month or two later I go 236 236 236...

I've shot one dutch 200 i think it was harder than my two 300

Not every off night does this happen. but stress from home, or work, or hitting the buffet too many times before leagues can contribute to a bad outing at leagues. On these nights, I don't go through my normal routine. I have about 3 hours to prepare for league (second shift) and I set aside 15-30 min. for warm ups at home. Part of my routine is swinging a "swing trainer" and stretching out and/or some cardio in the garage after a light somewhat healthy diner. I need to get my blood flowing, 9:30 to 10:30pm is my bed time.

It's more of being in the right mental state of mind.

Yeah I hear ya this bowling game can be crazy sometimes like one week
I'll shoot 667 then the next week a 597 then come back next week and
shoot 748 then back to 633 etc,etc.etc. rinse and repeat it's just such a
crazy game from week to week.
