What do you do with your winnings at end of season?

Don't quote me on this but currently sitting in 2nd place. Two more weeks to go. Top teams getting around $450-$400 per bowler. May be getting some more due to 50/50 raffle where half gets distributed to prize fund as well as some more team/individual winnings.

At this moment looking to just re-invest into next years league. I really don't like the week to week or even paying four weeks at a time. Would prefer just pay once and be done with it. Cost for full season is $600ish.

Don't need new balls or any other bowling equipment.

Note: Yes, paying the whole season in advance is nice ( I did it a couples times). But your better off, just doing a quarter or a third of the season at a time if your inclined to pay in advance.

Because if something happened part way through the season and had to leave the league, you could run into a problem getting your un-used money back. There shouldn't be a problem, but things happen.

Usually I either invest it into tournaments, practice sessions, or something of that nature. The leagues I bowl on here don't pay out that great. Might see a couple hundred back from the 2 leagues I bowl on (sitting 5th in both leagues I think). We pay around $500 a league for the season, and I honestly don't think I'll see much more than $150 out of one single league. Most times, it just goes into the savings account for a rainy day

Good point. But having cash sitting around usually means it gets used by me . May end up doing 1/3 payment schedules.

I normally will put the winnings toward new equipment and some towards the next season's dues. This year however, I'm going to Vegas shortly after the leagues are over, so I am using the money for spending cash whilst there.

New ball for summer league/maybe nationals next year (in that case, set some aside now)... the rest will probably go towards a golf league this summer.

I guess it's just reinvesting in other league activities/equipment. Saves taking other money from it.
