    Default DV8 cracked bridge

Anyone know how good DV8 is with their warranties? I have a Freakshow Solid that I won from here in January, and the bridge cracked yesterday. Any thoughts that they'd replace it?

Brunswick replaced my Absolute Nirvana with a brand new True Nirvana back in Feb so I would think it would be the same. I would submit a warranty claim.

When did you win it and was it the houses fault of a defective ball, a phone call can't hurt and maybe the adm here can help?

I would think if the bridge is wide enough and the finger holes
are not drilled into each other or drilled into the pin and it has
not been 3 years yet then it should be under warranty.

Just got an email saying that they are going to replace the ball. Pretty excited because the PSO that drilled it, made it pin down and I was constantly rolling over my thumb so it will be nice to get that corrected without having to plug and redrill.
