Storm was damn near dead two years ago. My PSO warned me away from them then. The Fight (which I actually liked), the original Phase, and the Alpha Crux just about brought them down. The fact that he actually steered me towards them this time is a testament to what they've done to fix this. You want hook, the Sure Lock has it in spades.
