    Default Tzone

I am considering picking up a Brunswick Tzon e for a spare ball. It shows that it has some kind of little bullet core. Does that little core make any difference or give this ball any book at all?

That was "any hook at all?"

Under normal circumstances and you throw it flat, it won't hook at all.

BUT, If you put a ton of rotation on it it will. If the lanes are dry, even the slightest rotation may make it hook enough to either barely make/miss a spare.

It has taken me almost 2 years to get my plastic spare ball to travel at least somewhat straight. Lol

Got tired of trying to anticipate the small hook of the T-Zone, so started putting Vise "Slip Agent" on the ball. That sucker now goes straighter then a frozen rope.
I re-apply every few weeks. The lanes need to be bone dry to get any significant movement now.

I always use slip agent on my T-Zone so it will not
bite the lane when shooting 10 pins or anything on
the right side of the lane to cut down on any small
hook that I might get from it.

The only bad thing is sometimes it slides too much
like it did last night on heavier oil that was on the
lanes missed a couple of easy spares because of it
    sliding by.
