Man, I saw that one of the pairs in the the WCs had a team of pacers on it, and I thought that must be a sweet gig for someone. Sounds like it was great time.
Since last Tuesday I've been bowling like there's no tomorrow.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I had my leagues. Friday was my weekly 9 tap. Saturday I worked the World Championships at South Point in the morning, and from there I rolled at the Vegas 9 tap tour.
Sunday, Friday and yesterday, I rolled as a pacer at the World Championships on the 39ft. Beijing pattern. Sunday was 1130 (6 games) Friday & yesterday was 626 and 603 (3 games each). This was on top of my leagues during the week.
The Worlds was a blast! Bowling with some of the best bowlers in the world is something I'll NEVER forget!
Bowlers like Martin Larsen, Jesper Svenson, Chris Barnes, Tommy Jones, Jacob Butturff, Marshall Kent, AJ Johnson and so many others!
While my scores didn't count for anything, I certainly kept up and didn't embarrass myself.
While today is a much needed day off, tomorrow I'll practice, Tuesday I'll bowl league, and Wednesday I'll have my replaced knee scoped to get rid of a TON of scar tissue and I should be rolling again in 2 weeks.
