Default New Kegel article about topography

Reading a new Kegel article about topography called The One Thing That Really Makes Oil Patterns Play Different by Ted Thompson

The article talks about the three most common topographical shaped lanes today that they call the seagull-wing or bird-wing shape, depressed (dish-shaped), and crowned (mound-shaped) and how they affect your ball motion.

I'll have to study this more, Some of what I have read so far may have a bearing on what I call the November slump. That happens to me every year about this time. It has to do with the humidity changes etc.

Thanks bowl1820 for posting this article as it explains a lot why
I get different ball reactions from one end of the house to the
    other end.

I guess it is from the older install of the overlay of the synthetic
lanes over the old wood lanes and the install of the new lanes
without having any old wood lanes under the new section of lanes.

I know another thing for sure the humidity and the temperature is
also completely different from one end of the center to the other as
one end has a door which is always opened and closed constantly with
people going in and out which also affects the shot on that end.

I'm somewhat surprised that a gentle slope to one side or the other wasn't on there.
