not sore today
Well after 7 weeks this is the 2nd time i came home not sore. the first week was the other time. not sure why but could have been that i wasn't trying as hard the first week expecting to struggle. last night i wasn't sore at all. i slowed my approach and my swing and got a little lower in my release to help with my balance. i wasn't falling off the shot and hopping around like before. and i was more accurate

Bowling isn't supposed to hurt.
It's a game where we're should be rolling the ball rather than throwing it. Make use of gravity and your ball speed will be much more consistent. Try not to grab at your ball and your rev rate should improve. Just go out there hit your targets and have fun.
