Default Possible sponsors for bowling tournament

Who/what kind of companies would be good ones to contact to see about sponsoring or donating items for a tournament for added prize fund money? Donated items could be added to items to raffle off with the proceeds going to the prize fund.

Brunswick donated two balls to be given away during a USA Bowling regional last weekend, and also sent John Van Hees to do a meet ad greet with the youth bowlers.

For a no-tap tournament , They had prizes donated by Restaurants, gift cert. from grocery stores, the beer distributors etc.

the possibilities are endless. I work for a health care system that sponsors many different types of events monetarily and with other support. this is esp true if there is a cause behind the tournament such as save the whales or whatever. whoever you do find make sure to give plenty of shout outs for them to help ensure a continuing partnership.

Anyone who sponsors will be placed on a banner to be hung during the tournament as well as shout outs during each post advertising it. Larger donors will have their own banner.
