    Hang in there brother! I came back after 20 years away from bowling. It's amazing how much you remember but even more amazing how much you forgot. Now that I'm older my patience is much shorter and aggravation level is so much higher...lol. Try to keep the fun first and learn or relearn as you go. If it ain't fun it ain't worth it!

    My best advice is to pick up your spares.

    Anything less than a 180 average means you are not picking up your spares.

    That said, by 2nd best advice is to get a camera and video tape yourself bowling. Full game. You can learn a lot from watching yourself.

    Chances are, you are out of time. Your to fast to the line or to slow. Here's a question: Do you feel like you miss your mark inside or outside a lot?
