I read & watch a lot of these tips and videos trying to improve. In this one Del tells us one of the most important things they teach their students is a square setup, hips perpendicular to target line etc. In Kegel’s Teen Masters series, in the section on on stance & setup Randy Stoughton advises the first thing to do in set up is set the right foot slightly behind the left to open the hips etc. Which to believe? I do hope to get to Kegel this Winter season and wonder, will what I be taught all depend on which coach I am assigned, even in that elite center? There is so much contradictory advice out there even by gold level coaches, makes one wonder which to adopt and focus & work on
