    Default Wrist issues

I've been out of the game for three years. Back at it now. I had a lower rev when I left and came back to a weak wrist creating a full roll. I've dug out my Robby's rev 3 and wow what a difference. What are your thoughts on bowling with a wrist aide?

Gotta do whatever you need to. I haven't bowled much this summer and went to a coaching session yesterday, today my wrist is a bit sore. With a longer lay off it would likely be hurting more. So, I wouldn't be apprehensive about using wrist support for a little while. One thing to be sure of though, is with the wrist support, how is the ball fitting? Is the support getting the way and things need to be changed up?
