    Default lane oil rule change?

    So watched Mo Monday today where he made a comment about the rule change that the outsides aren't required to be oiled? I searched for details on this rule but haven't found anything. So if this is true what is defined as the 'outside edges'? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpGrH9mUH9Y

    The outside edges depending on who and what is being talked about would be anywhere from the gutter to typically the 10 board.
