Before you worry about cleaning it (you really don't have to), make sure you put some surface on it. It will be much more effective with less over/under than it is when it is polished.
So told PSO to get me a spare ball for next week. I'm guessing it will be a T-Zone because he asked me what color I wanted it...lol. But anyway, do you guys clean your plastic ball at the end of the night? Or just let it go? I clean all of mine that I used at the end of the night but have never had a plastic ball before (yes, in 25 years of league bowling)

Yes you should clean your plastic ball, at least wipe it off real good at the end of the night.
It has nothing to particularly do with its performance, its mainly so you keep the ball compartment clean in the bag.
Oil (and any grime on the ball) rubs off in the bag and builds up over time and attracts more dirt, also if you then put a clean resin ball in that compartment later the oil and dirt are getting on it.

I cean the spare ball before putting it up after use but I don't bother wiping it after every shot the way I do with my primary ball. It is important to keep the surface consistent on spare balls If you normally have some surface you'll need to update that regularly I say that since your higher speed I'm the opposite with my lower speed delivery I have to polish mine consistently or it hooks too much especially at the wood lane house I bowl at sometimes.
