Default How will i stay awake?

I am really dreading the doubles and singles at the USBC. Our squad gets the hell hole squad time 11:30 PM.
That means we won't start till at least midnight, since they all run late. That's like 2AM on my body clock. Gonna try a nap in the early evening and alot of caffeine.

It's Vegas. Inside the casino, there is no time. If you spend a day or two before you actually bowl and stay up that late, I don't think it'll hurt you too much. What I don't like about travelling out that way is I'm ready for breakfast at 5 am, Lunch at 9am and dinner at 5 pm. Right now, I get up at 4:30 am to be at work at 5. The 8:30 pm squad is gonna be late for me. I think I'd go to one of the other centers in the city and bowl that late just to get the feel of it. I think it's the Golden Nugget that will have the USBC shot for $1 a game. Can't get that on a house shot around here.

Actually if it islike last year, we had the 11:30PM D/S squad and they were really close to on time. I tried an afternoon nap, but couldn't sleep. The first 3 games weren't too bad, but it was tough keeping focused the last 3. Caffeine didn't help me, I hope it works better for you.

This year we bowl 9:20 AM D/S

I think you meant the Gold Coast, not the Golden Nugget. As far as the times go, I'm with you, my meal times are all messed up when I'm out there. The meal that is the toughest for me is breakfast. I'm ready before the buffet opens.

Just got back from the USBC in Vegas. They were tough, as usual. There was a shot straight up about 10 or 11, but there was definitely an out of bounds to the right of that. The carry was good, and as always corner pins were an interesting adventure. The 10 pin was a normal pickup, but the spares on the left were tricky with a late hook to them. The S & D they hooked more and by the end of doubles I had to switch to an inside line. By the 5th game they started hooking earlier and it was hard to stay off the nose.
At least we had a good time. We stayed at the Sahara and they treated us well.It was a quick 10 minute trip up Las vegas boulevard by cab. With 4 in the cab it was about $4 apiece tip included. By the way, I did stay awake

Surprisingly I only suffered one day of jet lag. I think I slept more Monday and Tuesday night after i got back than the 4 days I was in las vegas.
