As for Monday, very tragic...because you even picked up that difficult spare in the 10th...had a shot at a clean series...and then...POO. And it was a lane you struck EIGHT STRAIGHT TIMES ON!! We needed Bowl TV there to cover that so I can get some insight into what the heck happened. Was it the tropical storm going on outside? Did an alligator run in the place and bite you? What happened!? I need commentary!!

Just messing around. But dang...THAT close to a clean series and 4 horrible frames in Game 3 ruin it! Looking at the glass as "half full"...would you rather have 4 terrible frames ruin a clean series or one missed corner-pin?

Definitely would rather have the series ruined by a split than a missed single pin spare. Of course if you think about it the split would mean I missed the transition or maybe I just wasn't playing the right line to begin with.Originally Posted by Aslan

Response to the 11/9 series. High shots frame 2 and 3, both lanes. Made adjustments, strike, light hit split, bomb ten, light hit split, strike, strike, strike.
Missed corner pins are the worst. Followed closely by light hit splits. I play aggressive lines tight to the pocket. I expect big splits on occasion. If I can hit 10-11-12 at the arrows and strike, I play at 12 usually.
Yes it was raining buckets and crazy humid, the team was watching outside through the glass side doors, thinking it may not let up.
