    Default I hate thieves!

Seriously! We really need to handle it like they do in some countries. Cut their fingers off. Apparently after all of the hard times our center has been through someone broke into our center and broke into a game machine and stole whatever out of it. They have security cameras and the owner posted the video to social media but seriously? To have to go through these closures and now have this? I think it was one of those machines with the keyhole that has prizes hanging behind the keyhole. I never really paid much attention to it but think there are cash awards so guessing that's what they went after. They need to start letting the victims of these crimes have 5 minutes with them in a locked room. Anything goes.

I used to work in law enforcement and have a family history (past and current) of police officers (step-son is currently a Cpl detective at his department) and thieves are at the top of my list. Too bad they didn't get hit by a car when leaving. Hope they catch this punk.

I don’t think the center is responsible for the game machine, are they?

Regardless, we’re probably about to see a spike in crime unprecedented since the Depression. I’d expect to see more of this happening.

No idea who owns the machine or the prize money but still another aggravation to deal with. I'm sure there was damage done when they gained entry also and if it is below deductible then that will come out of their pocket too.

And yes I agree, more of this to come. Seems we are headed towards a lawless society.

If they broke in to the center, and the game machine is the only casualty, that is kind of a blessing. There could have been so much more damage done in a bowling center. Yes, it is frustrating and aggravating. I am not at all condoning the actions of the criminal, just pointing out that it could have been way worse. There has been a huge increase in these types of crimes around here (overnight break-ins where only cash is taken), but the perpetrators are usually caught quickly and arrested.

Shouldn’t this be in up in the “Everything Talk” section. Other than having happened in a bowling center this thread has nothing to do with bowling.

Boatman I just saw this in the news. Terrible someone would do that. Last time I drove by I saw a full parking lot. Are they open still?

They were closed for the last few weeks because of Wolfs order but opened back up today.

I'm sorry to hear about the bowling alley getting broken into. Thank heavens nobody got hurt! I guess that machine really ticked somebody off when it didn't give them their prize.
