Much better night. Won all 3 again. Tried the Altered Reality in warmups but wasn't feeling it so grabbed the Igniter but wasn't any better. Ended up sticking with the Igniter all night. Left 4 7 pins in game 1 but covered all 4 but ended up missing one in game 2. Also chopped a 2-4 so those were my only 2 opens tonight but covered the 3-7 to make up for those...lol.

Thanks. I was really thinking 290 that game. First frame I came in light so moved 1/2 board left and stayed there the rest of the game but in the 10th I tugged it. I was pretty mad at myself. Was looking forward to beating my high game (279). Fortunately I was able to clean up the 2-4 then hit the pocket again for the fill.

Not a bad night. Got my new glasses. Haven't worn glasses in over 20 years since I had Lasik surgery. Felt a little weird. Started with the Altered Reality in game 1. Was hitting the pocket consistently. Then start of game 2 started getting 9 counts and missing my target so tried the Igniter. Wasn't any better. Game 3 switched back to the AR and tried a few lines. Ended up standing 16 and targeting 7 with some speed. Kept coming in light but was getting great carry and finished with the last 7 or so. Spare shooting could have been better but was 3/3 on 7's.

I feel you with glasses - been about 20 years for me as well but am wearing glasses here and there, especially for reading. For bowling - that extra precision of reading boards down the lane is nice. . .

Rough night. Lanes were pretty wet but my accuracy was off. First game I struck every ball in the left lane except the 12th frame but no strikes in the right lane. But a few of those were Brooklyns as I kept tugging my shots. Used the Altered Reality 1st game. 2nd game tried the Igniter and was a little more accurate but no carry. 3rd game used the Raw Hammer pearl to try to get more entry angle but still no carry. Both teams struggled and seems like others around us did too from what I heard. To me the lanes didn't seem too bad but since everyone seemed to struggle maybe there was something to that. We had a 208 average guy, a 198 guy, me at 197, and 3 170-180 average guys that alternated in and out and we didn't have any 200's 1st 2 games. Game 3 we had 2 300's. On a good note my spare game was pretty good until game 3 when I opened 3 frames in a row and covered 2 splits and almost a 3rd. Don't think I even had a double all night.

First time picking up a bowling ball tonight after surgery 3 weeks ago. No pain or discomfort but no confidence in myself. Only bowled 1 game

Well bowled 2 practice games then 2 league games. 1st practice game was just to get comfortable and have no idea what my score was. 2nd game was a 211. Then moved to league. 160 and 157 then sat out game 3. There were 7 of us so no reason for me to take up a roster spot bowling 40 below my average. But we did manage to win all 3 games cause my teammates killed it. Used the Altered Reality all night up until the last game I bowled then switched to the Igniter.

Well we won 2/3 but disappointed overall. Used my Uppercut the first 2.5 games then finished with the Raw Hammer pearl. First 2 games I couldn't miss the pocket. Started game 2 with the front 3 then drug my toe in the 4th and stumbled then threw about the next 4 or 5 then opened with 10 pin in the 10th. Game 3 the lanes went to crap real quick. We all struggled that game and I was the only lefty (although my teammate that is a lefty bowled the first 2 games). Ball just quit hooking. Slowed my speed and moved left and still wouldn't come back. But I kept it clean until about the 6th frame then dropped 3 opens in a row to ruin that game.
