Some good news
Went to PT this morning and my grip strength is a lot better. When they measured it before it was that of a beefy infant. It was very low on the meter. Now it’s at 86 for my right and 133 for my left. My right hand is now the strength of a healthy 14 year old girl. LOL my goal is 150 for the right since it should be bigger given it’s my dominate hand. I’ll keep working at it.
It’s not exactly bragging rights but it’s a hell of a lot better than where I was not long ago. Bowling may just be the exercise I need to build more strength, that and the wad of silly putty they gave me to squeeze. All my pain is virtually gone otherwise. Once in a while if I do a little too much it sends me a little reminder for a couple hours. I’m calling it a success. No drugs, no surgery and no injections. Just some good old fashion non-conventional treatment, exercise and determination.

Correction: left hand was 122 not 133. Still my right hand goal is 150, where it should be
