    Default FedEx showed up today

This is actually the one that I won at that tournament in January. Since I had surgery Monday I'll be out for a few weeks so may just hold on until next fall but will see.

I hope that your surgery was not a serious one and things will be okay. Good luck on your comeback whenever that is.

Thanks. Hernia surgery. I'm on a 10lb lifting restriction but go to the Dr next Tuesday. He told me on my first visit that I would be on a 10lb restriction for 2 weeks then 25lbs the next 2 weeks then after that released 100%. Will see how I feel next Tuesday and see what he says but may be able to bowl next week but if I'm still feeling sore then I'll likely take an extra week to be safe. One benefit of this is it may force me to get my speed down a little.

Don't rush your recovery. There is a big difference between just lifting something, and then lifting/walking/swinging/sliding/bending/throwing that object. If you had surgery on 2/28, it would be surprising to be cleared to return to bowl anytime before 3/28. The last thing you want to do is tear anything and have to start all over again.

Got the Helios drilled today. 90 x 2.25 x 45 (short pin). Told the PSO I wanted smooth and continuous. Tried a few games tonight but the lanes were fried so couldn't get a good read but I stood where I normally stand most nights and barely grazed the head pin as it crossed over. Kept moving in and ended up standing about 32 and targeting 15 at the arrows to get to the pocket. It is pretty smooth and round arc but will have to wait until Tuesday to get a better read on it but like it so far

That is the same way I read the Helios. I have mine drilled 4x4x2 or 45x4x35 witch for me is very smooth on house and carries well. I just had a Roto Grip Gem drilled same as my Helios and a bit stronger and the Helios is a perfect step down when the Gem starts to burn up. You will like the Helios. Steve
Current arsenal...Roto Grip Nuclear Cell, Hustle PBR, Roto Grip Gem, Idle Helios and Own It Spare. 300 rev rate, 16 mph off hand, 13.3 tilt,61 degrees rotation pap 4 9/16 over 1 1/8 up.

Re-checked the layout this morning and apparently looked at something wrong last night. Layout is 90 x 2.25 x 45

Went in for a practice game and the lanes were flooded. The Helios was barely hooking but threw the Helios, Altered Reality and Raw Hammer pearl and even hitting the pocket was leaving 4's, 7's and 10's. Tried the Helios in warm-ups for league and didn't like what I was seeing so used the Altered Reality all 3 games. Tonight was position round and we were 1 game behind 1st and we went 5-2 against them so we got 1st in this 3rd
