Thread: the ONE (pearl)

    Default the ONE (pearl)

    Bowler Specs:
    -PAP-5 3/16> X 1/2^
    -Style- Tweener
    -Rev. Dominant
    -High tracker

    Ball Specs:
    -15lbs
    -3oz of TW
    -2.25" - 2.5" pin

So far kept the cover oob had it drilled similar to their reccommended layout #1 w/ a modification. The one(pearl) glides easily through the heads, moderately reads the mids and turns hard off the breakpoint. I found it to take easily to different hand releases. It will roll out if not hitting off the dry spot. Will post another review after adjsting the cover.

    Default the ONE (prl) revised

I picked this piece, since they used the same coverstock, when the playmaker(1500k) isn't reading the lanes to my liking. I had adjusted the cover to 1k + polish to get some additional length but still bite well off the dry spot. This cover adjustment allows me to play deeper inside around 20-25 with great ease, unfortunately I have not YET able to use this on a tournament or a more competative lane condition other than the THS.

so basically, the ball wont turn unless it hits a dry spot to turn in? aka, this ball wont do crap on a flat pattern or even a heavy house shot?
