PBA’s “50 Greatest Players” Trading Card Set Now Available

Special “autograph cards” signed by top PBA bowlers included in each set

SEATTLE, Wash. (March 31, 2009) – Professional Bowlers Association fans can preserve their memories of the greatest players in PBA’s first 50 years thanks to a new PBA 50th Anniversary Trading Card set created by TK Legacy.

Each set of trading cards and its greatest players will include two autographed cards, plus eight base cards and a special insert card. PBA stars who have signed cards for random placement in the sets are Walter Ray Williams Jr., who was ranked No. 2 on the all-time top 50 list behind the late Earl Anthony, No. 4 Pete Weber, No. 5 Mark Roth and No. 7 Norm Duke.

In addition, TK Legacy Vice President of Marketing Larry O’Connor noted that his company has secured the Don Carter-Walter Ray Williams Jr. and Wayne Webb-Marshall Holman double autograph cards plus extra Marshall Holman and Dave Ferraro autographs for use in this release.

“We are happy to be able to put these memorable cards into the hands of collectors,” O’Connor said. “This is the biggest-name bowling trading card set ever produced, and we wanted to load up with quality autographs.”

Special insert cards include a tribute to Anthony.
