One of the things we have seen on the original Cell is touching up the surface of the ball regularily. Pick up a 1000 grit abralon pad and a 2000 grit. Hit it with the 1000 pad then lightly with the 2000 and that will help bring the reaction back
Try talking to ur local pro shop and ask them about baking ur ball. This will take out the oil build up and give ur ball new life.
