    Default Ouch....

Ok so this morning I had the opportunity to go bowling for dollarmania so I opted and went. I wasn't having a very great day so far. My wrist was already kind of bruised a little from work, or even bowling. I managed to bowl a new high game of a 233 with a lowsy open 0-pin frame in the first. Now my question is this, Everytime I bowl anything more than 4 games I will end up with my wrist feeling limp and fatigued as well as in this case just sore as hell and possible bruised. Would that mean that my equipment may be a tad too heavy (15#) or that I will need some type of wrist support? I have an old columbia 300 wrist support that I tried to use and it just made my wrist feel way to constricted and made it more difficult to bowl. What might be a good option to try if any? I like to keep all my equipment under the ebonite umbrella if possible, but if it will save my wrist from damage I will be willing to try other options.

Bowling this Month Magazine just had a whole section on wrist supports. Very comprehensive.
Keep in mind these were meant to aid and not correct. It would be prudent to find the underlying cause of the problem.
You really should be able to bowl more than 4 games.

I know 2 or 3 seasons ago i started having very had wrist pains during the fall season but i just took pain pill to get rid of it.. then the 3rd week into the summer season it all fell downhill... I threw a ball in the 3rd game and I just knew something messed up.. Turns out that I had tore tendons in my wrist.. Wasnt good.. Well sat the rest of the summer out and picked back up a week late of the fall season.. I still havent gotten my average back that i had then but im getting there..

I couldn't agree more, but the weird thing that puzzles me, is it is only at certain occasions. It certainly isn't everytime I bowl. I bought a wrist support made by ebonite which was recommended by my proshop and if that does not work, I will continue with another method of correction. Bear in mind I am also an electrician and well I am accustomed to streneous activities with my hands and arms. Im hoping that this issue can be fixed
