2 nights a week. Monday / mixed league.............Thursday / mens league.
Also try to roll in at least 1 tour a month.
Normally i bowl 2 full time. A mens eague and a mixed with my wife/daughter and son. I also sub in 2 others plus a couple tournaments a month. This year i have not committed to any leagues as i am not sure when i will be able to get back to bowling yet.
Still love the game but had to quit because of my left leg amptation

Same as Cuda, 2 leagues, 1 for fun (non-sanctioned) and 1 sanctioned serious mixed league.
Are Mens leagues literally all men or is that just a fancy term for the league being more competitive?

This year I am only bowling two leagues. Last yearafter bowling three leagues I was getting a little burndt out towards the end of the year. I still like the competition. Still trying to get my second 300, I got close three weeks ago ( damn 10 pin)
I bowl 2 leagues a week and sub on Thursday nights when needed. Wednesday is a Men's league and Saturday is a mixed league with my wife and another couple.
3 - Monday mixed league with wife & Tuesday Mens & Wednesday ( Business League)
I bowl three. Two in Maryland and one in Pennsylvania. One in Colony Park east in York, PA. Then Forrest Hill Lanes in Bel Air, Md and Perry Hall Bowling Center in Perry Hall, MD. Monday Tuesday and Thursday.
